🛒 1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of products and services offered by Flora & Fauna Aquatic & Live Animals Trading L.L.C (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase.
💳 2. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website or at our physical store in Dubai.
- Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
- We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (where applicable).
- Prices listed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
🚚 3. Delivery
- We deliver across all areas of Dubai.
- Free delivery is offered for orders above AED 150; a delivery fee of 20 AED applies for smaller orders.
- Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours from order confirmation.
- For live animals, live plants, or fragile items, special care and handling apply to ensure safe arrival.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details; any re-delivery due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges
We aim to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, returns are subject to the following rules:
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Live animals (fish, birds, reptiles, small pets)
- Perishable goods (live plants, live food)
- Opened or used items (pet food, supplements, bedding)
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. Live animals and plants are subject to natural differences.
⚠️ 6. Responsibility
- Flora & Fauna Aquatic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from product use, transport, or handling.
- Customers must follow proper care instructions for all live animals and plants.
- Once a product has been delivered in good condition, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
